Fragile Heart by Talitha Bullock

“I have been writing for longer than I can remember. I feel like I went through this awakening a few years back, where I was tired of hiding behind a mask. I wanted to write in the open, about real things, pain, hurt, hopelessness, love. There was a turning point, when I wrote the song “dreams” where I came alive. I came alive to this passionate woman who I felt was hiding behind closed doors. I came alive to my own anger and pain. A big part of this journey has been accompanied by MHGS. A school that has called me to more. More of myself. I’m beginning to see myself in my reflection, and it’s nice to finally be seen.”

Fragile Heart by Talitha Bullock

"I have been writing for longer than I can remember. I feel like I went through this awakening a few years back, where I was tired of hiding behind a mask. I wanted to write in the open, about real things, pain, hurt, hopelessness, love. There was a turning point, when I wrote the song "dreams" where I came alive. I came alive to this passionate woman who I felt was hiding behind closed doors. I came alive to my own anger and pain. A big part of this journey has been accompanied by MHGS. A school that has called me to more. More of myself. I'm beginning to see myself in my reflection, and it's nice to finally be seen."
